I got new wireless provider and my printer is still insisting that it want my old wireless. I can not get into any settings without a password but I do not know this password. Any thoughts.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble connecting the printer to the new Wifi network, Lets try a Factory reset and App re-installation that will help to solve the issue.

Factory Reset:
1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu. 
2. Scroll to and select the Service menu. 
3. Scroll to and select Restore Defaults, and then touch OK. The printer automatically restarts.
4. Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and Add the printer
