Had no trouble connecting my printers with the last Optimum router, changed over to Altice and now I cannot get my printers to print. Everytime I try to connect them, it tells me not found. I now have to use a USB with my laptop for one, but other laptops cannot print either. I contacted Optimum and they tell me it is an issue I need to contact the Printer Manufacturer. NEED HELP!

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
- Are the printer and PC connected to the same network?
- Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
- What is the distance between the router and the printer?
Meanwhile, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
