Is there a difference in printer performance whether connected to Ethernet or WiFi?

Normally NO, printers have PPM (pages per minute) performance, it doesn't matter which way we connect they can ONLY print up to that limit.

 

I did test few printers another day with printers using USB , wired and wireless. Not much difference (their PPM) BUT during heavily download wireless slow down a bit.
