I'm wondering if powering off and powering on is the only solution anyone knows to do?
we had a different internet provider. we have not been able to connect the printer to the network since we changed provider. we have used the power on power off, unplug router ...... blah blah blah more times than I care to admit. too bad that we are unable to speak to a real live breathing human.

HP Recommended

Use a wired connection. Connect the printer with a LAN cable to the router and the wi-fi problem is solved forever.
