Thank you for posting your query.

 

Cable Check: Are you using the correct USB or Ethernet cable to connect the printer? Have you tried a different cable to rule out a faulty one?

Ports: Have you tried connecting the printer to a different USB port or Ethernet port on your computer or router?

Printer Status: Is the printer powered on, and do you see any error messages or warning lights on the printer?
