1. Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
This clears any old Wi-Fi info and puts the printer in setup mode:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button (looks like a Wi-Fi icon) for 5 seconds until the light starts blinking.
- Then, press and hold the Cancel button (red X) for 5 seconds.
- The wireless light will stop blinking once the reset is complete.
2. Reconnect Using HP Smart App
- Download the HP Smart app: HP Smart
- Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer.
- Make sure your phone or PC is on the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to join.
