hi, 

I got a new dual-band Wifi, with one 2.4GHz band and other is 5GHz band. My printer during configuration is only able to connect to 2.4GHz band and the 5GHz band is not even visible. 

so each time I have to print something, I have to connect to the other wifi. 

Is this printer not compatible with 5 GHz band?
