Hello @carolldeanrn ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try first this:

  1. shut down printer via on/off switch
  2. switch off the router
  3. shut down the computer
  4. wait about 60 sec.
  5. switch on the router, wait until the router has completely initialized itself again
  6. Switch on the printer, wait until the printer has finished its initialization
  7. switch on computer, log in (with admin rights) and wait about 10 sec.

... and now everything's working again?

If that doesn't help, here's what you need to do:

  1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
  2. Restart the PC
  3. Close all programs
  4. download only this complete package: HP Officejet 7500 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer series - E910 Full Feature Software and Driver
  5. Close all programs
  6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the File name: Full_Webpack-1322-OJ7500_E910_Full_Webpack.exe (118.9 MB)
  7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
  8. Restart the PC again
  9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have a similar problem with my HP ENVY Photo 7855.  After I changed ISP, the printer is connected to internet, the blue indicator light is on, and I can print and scan to my desktop computer.  My computer connects with it wirelessly.  However I can't print anything from my phone, laptop, or tablet as I did before we changed internet provider.  AND the HP Instant Ink tells me to turn on connection.  IT IS TURNED ON and the screen indicates the printer is connected to my wireless.  I've gone through all the helps, have turned it off, wireless off, computer off, and back on -- still nothing.  virtual assistant was not helpful.  And, of course, the printer is out of warranty.  I like the printer and really don't want to buy a new one.  It seems that HP does this after a few years -- change things up so you have to buy a new one when nothing is really wrong with this one.
