Operating System: macOS 26.0 Tahoe

After years of trouble-free use my HP ENVY 5300 is suddenly not communicating with my MAC AIR running latest Tahoe OS. The printer is connected to my wireless but the laptop doesn't see it. I have tried unplugging modem, router, and printer, and plugging back in and still no communication. I tried deleting the printer and adding it back but again it doesn't show up on the list. What can be done to get these devices back in communication?
