HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer
Case# [Personal Information Removed]. I have spent 10 hours on this and they can not solve the problem. They kept saying that they would call me back, but they did not. I called back and still no result. I spent enough time on this thing. My printer is still under warranty, I want to talk to HP customer service, not technical support.

I just cancelled the HP Ink Account. My printer is not working, Technical support can not fix it. Why do I want to pay the monthly fee. I will not buy anything HP now
