Hi.

 

I have been in contact with HP Printer support for my HP Smart account. My problem is that I have a printer in my HP Smart account that I don´t own or have ever had. My existing printer does not show up despite several hours of troubleshooting and It cannot be installed. My only thought now is to have my HP Smart accodunt deleted and recreated. Can I get some assistance with deleting my account? The support agent that has tried to help me says that he doesn´t think it can be deleted!?! It surely must be able to delete?

I see that you are facing issues with deletion of printer from your HP Smart account.

Hi,

 

I have tried that more than 10 times. The printer that is there can stay there - I don´t care, but I want to add my existing printer so that I can sign up for an HP Instant Ink subscription. When removing the printer it dissapears and I have the option to add a new printer which I do, but when I go to "my printers" it´s not there and the one i removed is still there as the only printer. Can you not simply have my HP Smart account deleted so that I can start over?
