Hi, i purchased my printer on april 2015 and at that time, i didnt create a HP account. Now i needed to use my printer and installed it on the my computer without cable. all the wifi settings seems fine. but when i hit eprint button on the front panel, it says unable to connect web server. check internet or proxy settings.  my software and drivers are the newest ones. i can print via my mobile phone or notebook through hp smart over wifi connection to my printer. i use mcafee livesafe. i turned it down (real time protection and also the firewall) and tried to activate web services again. it fails. i also assigned a permament ip to my printer. not worked either. i couldn add my printer to my hp account because i cant learn my claim code because the eprint doesnt give me an info print. can anyone help me please. thanks.

Web services are no longer supported and cannot be used with your printer to print remotely via email:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05211712

You may print from a computer connected to the same local network.
