Hi @julieha,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

What drivers you are referring to?

If your HP ENVY 6020e All-In-One Printer is connected to Wi-Fi but the driver is unavailable, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve driver issues.

Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, restarting your computer can help refresh the connection to the printer.

Update Printer Drivers: Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model (HP ENVY 6020e), and download the latest drivers for your operating system. Install the drivers and see if the issue is resolved.

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. You can print a Wireless Network Test report from the printer's control panel to check the connection status.

Reinstall Printer Drivers: Uninstall the existing printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them using the latest drivers downloaded from the HP support website.

Use Windows Troubleshooter: Run the Printer troubleshooter built into Windows to diagnose and fix any issues with the printer driver.

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your computer is up to date with the latest Windows updates, as these updates can sometimes include driver updates.

Reset the Printer: Reset the printer to its factory settings. This will remove any custom settings and preferences, so use this option as a last resort.

You may update the drivers and firmware by clicking this link. And see if that helps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
