HP Connected account owners can disable ePrint job status emails at www.hpconnected.com. NOTE: HP Connected is not available in all countries. Log in to your account at www.hpconnected.com, select the "Settings" button for your printer in the Devices tab, enable the "Authorized senders only" option in the printer settings and remove the check mark from the "Enable notifications" option by email for the ePrint activity ". NOTE: This option is not available in countries where HP Connected is not available.

Hi,
Web Services are no longer supported for an HP Color Laserjet Pro CM1415 printer.
