Hallo, ich habe einen HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw. Gestern wurde der Drucker auf die Werkseinstellung aus Versehen gestellt. Die Funktion Webservice aktivieren funktioniert nicht, es erscheint die Meldung: "Verbindungsfehler. Internetverbindung prüfen". Die Vorschläge die Firmware zu aktualisieren, die Frequenzbandbreite bei meinem W-LAN Router - Speedboard Hybrid - Telekom- anzupassen etc. wurden wie vom HP - Cyber - Agenten vorgeschlagen befolgt, waren aber alle erfolglos. Da die Funktion Scan to  E-Mail funktioniert, verstehe ich die Fehlermeldung nicht, da eine Internetverbindung hergestellt werden kann.

 

Wer kann mir helfen?

Hi  everybody, I use a HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw. Yesterday, I had to reinstal my printer because the printer was reset to factory setting. After restoring, all basic functions work very well. I use a WiFi internet access and the printer recognizes the wireless network. I can even use the function Scan to Mail, but I cannot enable the webservice. I get the following notification: „connection error, check internet connection„. I cannot understand this message because Scan to Mail works. I have carefully attented all recommendations such as update firmware, change frquency band of the router et cetera. I cannot realize any errors because the reports  says, all functions work properly.

I hope somebody can help me.
