Hello,
I had connected during a few months my printer via USB but now, I moved it in another room and connected it with my PC via Wifi.
I am not able to reconnect the ePrint services. How can I refresh the used IP adress which has changed in between (new Internet provider & new router) in order to reconnect ePrint services ?
Troubleshooting information suggested to disable the ePrint services and to re-enable them but this last step always fails.
Until now, all attempts to reconnect those services either via Web browser interface or via the printer's own panel have failed.
Thanks in advance for helping re-enable my ePrint. Note that the printer is completely accessible via wifi and I can locally print either directly from drivers (Windows, Android or Debian) or via HP Smart (on PC and smartphone/tablet).
BR

Hi @Bi-Doux,
HP Web Services as HP ePrint are no longer supported for older HP printers as the 3057A printer, please consult below support document:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3579171-3502855-16
Local wireless printing is supported, cloud services as HP ePrint are no longer supported and not expected to work.
