I have updated the firmware to the latest on the copier to version 20222530.  
according to this Document TLS 1.2 is supported

the only information I can find to enable is to do the following: 

  1. Open the printer's web page
  2. Sign in as an administrator
  3. Select the Networking tab
  4. Select Secure Communication from the menu
  5. In SSL/TLS Protocol, set Max TLS version to TLS 1.3 
     
     
 
The Secure Communication is not an option on the web page interface.  
Please let me know how to enable TLS 1.2 on HP Color LaserJet M452dn
