@Riley581, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're seeing error messages like "printer is not enrolled" or "not connected to network" on your HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer. Let's walk through a few steps to get this resolved:
Check Network Connection

  • Ensure the printer is powered on.
  • The Wireless light on the printer should be solid blue. If it's blinking or off, the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Move the printer closer to the router (within 8 meters) and reconnect to Wi-Fi:
    • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds to reset the network settings.
    • Use the HP Smart app to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.

Enroll the Printer in HP+ or HP Instant Ink

  • Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
  • Sign in with your HP account.
  • If prompted, add your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment.
  • If you see a message like “Printer not enrolled”, it means the printer setup was not completed or the printer is not linked to your HP account.

Use HP Smart’s Diagnose & Fix Tool

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Go to “Printer Settings” > “Advanced Settings”.
  • Select “Diagnose & Fix” to automatically detect and resolve common issues.

Reset and Reinstall

If the issue persists:

  • Remove the printer from the HP Smart app.
  • Reset the printer’s network settings again.
  • Re-add the printer using the HP Smart app and follow the setup prompts carefully.
