My printer was having problems with connecting to wifi.  I could get a couple days use then have to go through all kinds of stuff to get it back on line.  An HP agent spent 2 hours connected to my computer then said, I will have a supervisor call you.  I now have a blinking yellow "i" and a white blinking "0" and "E".  It says via solid blue wifi icon that I am connected but when I go to HP smart it says I am not.  Any ideas anyone?

Hi @rscheff,

I'd like to help!

I understand the "I" is flashing yellow and there is an E0 error on the printer.

Try the below suggestions -

Reset the product

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Also, try the steps in the document -Blinking Lights and Error Codes

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
