Microsoft Windows 11

Good evening.  I have an Epson ex 452 hooked up to a HP laptop ( Windows 11 ).

When I attempt to print a letter from Open Office it will not print most of the words, most are missing and others are only showing the top half of the words.

Even if I try to complete an online form none of the text is shown and quite a lot of the actual form is missing.

The strange thing is that it will copy a web page that does not include any text that I've input.

I've re-installed the printer twice, also I've un-installed all items of the printer individually. when I look for a driver update I'm told that the drivers are up to date.

I've been to PC World but they don't know what the problem is, they suggested using a different office program, but the fact that the printer will not function properly with an on-line form seems to point to another problem.
