Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g
  • even though my hp 6600 is connected to my computer through the internet and it can print test pages it cannot copy a page on the glass nor can it scan a document on the glass. why?

You may need the full feature software May 2022

HP Smart is used for scanning. 

Some HP priinters comes with "HP Scan".  Look for HP Scan in windows => all apps => hp folder

If not there then use HP Scan
