possibly just powering it off (unplug it) for 60 seconds and holding some buttons down when turning on:


While the printer is powering up, press and hold the Resume or Cancel button until the lights start blinking. e. Once the lights stop blinking, release the button. Your printer should now be reset to its default setting


otherwise try factory reset and then reconfigure the wifi


HARD reset of HP Office Jet Pro 8028. As the printer is booting up press the back arrow icon 4 times in a row until the support menu comes up. Choose FULL RESET if it is there or watch 1:12 into this video
