Check Connectivity and Restart Devices:
- Ensure that your printer and any connected devices are properly connected to the network.
- Turn off the printer, wait for at least 30 seconds, and then turn it back on to see if the issue resolves itself.
Clear Printer Queue and Restart Printing:
- On your device, clear the print queue.
- Restart the print job to see if the errors persist.
Run HP Smart:
- Download and run the HP Smart. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
