Event codes F0.02.02.07 and F0.31.01.22. Apparently related to firmware.  But printer says firmware is updated.  And HP Smart App says firmware is updated.

What is next thing to do in order to print again?

@Technicalnovice, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Connectivity and Restart Devices:

  • Ensure that your printer and any connected devices are properly connected to the network.
  • Turn off the printer, wait for at least 30 seconds, and then turn it back on to see if the issue resolves itself.

Clear Printer Queue and Restart Printing:

  • On your device, clear the print queue.
  • Restart the print job to see if the errors persist.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
