Hi @Murphy61,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To factory reset an HP Officejet 4630 printer, you can follow these steps:

Turn on the Printer: Ensure that your printer is turned on.

Reset the Printer:

  • Locate the reset option on your printer. This is typically found in the printer's menu or settings.
  • Press the reset option. You may need to use the arrow keys to navigate to the reset option and then press "OK" or "Confirm."

Confirm Reset:

  • After selecting the reset option, the printer will ask for confirmation to reset all settings.
  • Confirm the reset by selecting "Yes" or "OK" on the printer's display.

Wait for Reset:

  • The printer will reset to its factory settings. This process may take a few minutes.

Restart Printer:

  • After the reset is complete, restart your printer by turning it off and then back on.

Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all settings and configurations on your printer, including wireless network settings. You will need to set up your printer again as if it were new, including reconnecting it to your wireless network.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
