Product: HP Smart Tank 519 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have the smart tank 510/ 2 desktop computers connected to it, one with a USB wire, the other from the home network. it worked fine until it suddenly didn't. it didn't print from the network-connected computer. I have tried everything with everything. the hp doctor. uninstalling. removing drivers. removing all folders. everything. no solution. now I've tried to scan from the computer that does print - and it won't scan. I tried the help of the hp doctor. it does make the scanner scan as a test but does not let me scan. please help. i spent too many hours on it. it's frustrating
