Product: HP Officejet 5258

We are currently using the HP Officejet 5258.  We have previously used this a lot to print wirelessly from our computer.  For some reason, that has stopped working.  The printer says that it is connected to our internet but the computer just says the printer is offline.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are the printer and PC connected to the same network? 

  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? 

  • What is the distance between the router and the printer? 

  • What is the operating system?
