We got a new router. How can we get the printer to recognize the new network?

I understand that you are facing issues connecting to your new router. I'd like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:


Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?


What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
