@Razz3071, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the Wi-Fi network and password on your HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer, you can follow one of these two methods:

Method 1: Using the Printer’s Control Panel

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Reset Wi-Fi settings:
    • Press and hold the Cancel (X) and Wireless buttons together for about 3 seconds until the Power light starts blinking. This puts the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode.
  3. Connect to new Wi-Fi:
    • Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer (download it from the HP Smart website or app store).
    • Tap Add Printer and follow the prompts to detect your printer.
    • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
    • Wait for the printer to connect. The Wi-Fi light will turn solid blue when connected.

Method 2: Using the HP Smart App (Windows/macOS)

  1. Download and install the HP Smart app.
  2. Connect your printer via USB if it's not already on the network.
  3. Open the app and click Add Printer.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted.

Tips:

  • Make sure your mobile device or PC is on the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to connect to.
  • If you're using Wi-Fi Direct, you can print the password by pressing the Information button (i) on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
