Welcome to the HP Community --

Print Anywhere is a premium feature available on eligible HP+ enabled printers and select non-HP+ Printers.

I might not understand what you are asking...

In general, there is no need to disable Print Anywhere -- simply don't use it.

If you have previously invited others to access your computer using Print Anywhere, (you may) remove the invited user(s) from your HP Smart / HP Connected account.

If your intent is to disable Private Pickup,

Disable Private Pickup in your HP App / HP Smart app OR in your HP Smart / HP Connected account.

Example - HP Smart - Windows HP+ - Printer Settings
