Hi @nikkilynn93,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you need information on changing the SSID on your HP Photosmart C4385 All-in-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Please follow the below instruction to restore the network to defaults on your printer to connect to your new network.

Restore network defaults You can reset the network settings to what they were when you purchased the HP All-in-one.

1. Press the Wireless button on the front of the HP All-in-One.

2. Press the button next to the icon on the display until Restore Network Defaults is highlighted, and then press the button next to OK.

3. Confirm that you want to restore the network defaults.

4. Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.

Please refer to this manual: HP Photosmart C4380 All-in-One series- Basic Guide ( Page number: 13)

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
