Hi @JeffG11,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to disable the automatic crop feature and set full scan as the default on your HP Pro 9125e scanner. Follow these steps:

Open HP Scan Software:

  • Begin by launching the HP Scan software installed on your computer.

Select a Scan Shortcut:

  • Choose the existing scan shortcut you wish to modify or create a new scan shortcut if needed.

Access More Settings:

  • Click on the "More" button to access additional settings for the selected scan shortcut.

Modify Crop Settings:

  • Navigate to the Image Processing or Document settings tab.
  • Locate the crop options and deselect or disable the "Auto Crop" option to ensure that the scanner captures the entire document without cropping.

Set Full Scan as Default:

  • Ensure your scanner's settings reflect the full page size you want as a default.
  • Make sure the "Input Page Size" or similar setting is set to a standard size (like A4 or Letter) or "Full Size" if it supports that option.

Save the Settings:

  • Once the modifications are made, save your settings as a new scan shortcut or update the existing one.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
