@KHL2, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One printer to a Wi-Fi network, you may need the MAC address—a unique identifier for network devices. Here’s how you can find it:
Option 1: Print the Network Configuration Page
- Turn on your printer.
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.
- This will print a Network Configuration Page.
- Look for the MAC Address under the 802.11 Wireless section. It may be labeled as:
- Hardware Address
- MAC
- Wi-Fi MAC Address
Option 2: Use HP Smart App (if already connected)
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer.
- Go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings (this opens the Embedded Web Server).
- Navigate to Network > Network Summary or Wireless Settings.
- The MAC address will be listed there.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
