Hi @findmytshirt,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To print business cards on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020, you can use Microsoft Word or other graphic design tools. Here's how to do it.

Using Microsoft Word:

  1. Open Microsoft Word and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "New" to create a new document.
  3. In the search bar, type "business cards" and press Enter. This will show you a variety of templates.
  4. Choose a business card template that fits your needs and click on it to open the document.
  5. Customize the template with your personal or business information. You can edit the text, logo, and design as needed.
  6. Prepare your printer:
    • Use business card paper that is compatible with your printer. The most common type is a perforated card stock (like Avery or a similar brand), which comes in sheets with pre-cut business cards.
  7. Print settings:
    • Go to the "File" menu and select "Print".
    • Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 as the printer.
    • In the printer settings, make sure to set the paper size to match the business card sheet size (usually Avery 5371 or equivalent).
    • Ensure you select the correct paper type and print quality (high quality for sharp text and images).

Other Tools:

You can also use other design software like Canva or Adobe Spark, which have business card templates that are easy to customize and print. After designing, you can download the design and print it using the steps mentioned above.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
