how to turn off the private printing thing that is blocking my general printing

My printer tells me the "private" something is on, but it is preventing me from printing general stuff. How do I find and change it so it will print whatever I ask it to print. I am currently wireless.

A "private printing thing" :  Private Printing - Available on HP+ Printers

Open Subsection:  Private Pickup (HP+ enabled printers only)

Enable / Disable the service to hold the print job until the person who sent it is near the printer.
