I understand your HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer is showing as offline despite having a good Wi-Fi signal, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
- Restart Devices: Start by restarting both your printer and your computer. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
- Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. You can verify this through the printer's control panel or settings.
- Printer Settings: On the printer, check if the Wi-Fi icon is solid or blinking. A solid icon indicates a connection, while a blinking icon might indicate a problem.
- HP Print and Scan Doctor: Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems. This tool can help identify connectivity issues and fix them automatically. HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Reinstall Printer: If the above steps don't work, try removing the printer from your computer's printer list and then re-adding it. This can sometimes refresh the connection.
