We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My HP 9010 printer was working fine on my wireless network and then I had no option to connect. I go to my network settings and a prompt comes up saying "An ethernet cable has not been detected. Make sure that both ends of cable are inserted correctly". I am not connected through ethernet and it will not give me an option to connect through wifi anymore.  I have tried restoring to factory settings and still nothing.  It won't show the wifi at all on the menu.

Thank you.  I tried both of the resets and neither worked.  It still shows as no wifi.
