Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is offline. I unplugged everything to paint a room. When I plugged it back up and tried to print, it keeps telling me that my printer is offline. I have done all the troubleshooting that's been offered, and still nothing. Anyone please help

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can try to do a reset for the printer wireless and then try to "Add Printer" using the HP Smart app?
