It did not. I'm only an english major, but It's time to accept this is a hardware issue with a defective printer or everyone with a Macbook Air and AT&T internet would be having the problem. Please get me to a customer service person, so we can discuss either a refund or a replacement printer, as again, has not worked for two weeks. Nothing changed. June 30th I printed and scanned. On July 1st it would not. Over an hour with several nice young men named Kevin running me through everything on his script. He said "engineering dept."would get back to me in a few days. Never heard from them. There were several other calls, always telling me I'd get a call back. Never did. So I'm reduced to complaining on a forum. Please get numbers or emails to reach someone who can get me warranty assistance. Or don't. The piddling amount of money I wasted on an HP printer is not worth the aggravation. There's a great Canon I found on Amazon.

It did not help to update firmware. It clearly seems to be the hardware, not the software, as if that were the case everyone with a Macbook Air and AT&T would have this issue. Please connect me with customer service so I can get a replacement printer. I have a warranty, and I pay for monthly ink. It hasn't worked for two weeks now. On June 30 it worked, on July 1st it stopped working. On the first I spent over an hour on the phone with a couple of nice young men named Kevin. They took me through everything on their script. Said it was an engineering issue and the "engineering dept." would contact me. They never did, nor did anyone else who promised me a call from the"mac dept." This was one of five calls to HP support who made me go go through everything again, and promised a call that never came. The last was this past Wednesday. Please get me a printer with wifi that works. Or don't. The piddling amount of money involved isn't worth the aggravation, I'll just buy another printer. There's a nice Canon Multifunction Printer on Amazon. Case [Personal Information Removed] I'm left with a user forum to get help?
