good day - I changed router wifi and now is not possibile to connect the printer to the network (to the router i mean)

I tried with normal software but reply is: password not accepted (and i check is correct)

the test i printed say network name (SSID) found // NOT FOUND 

I tried to restore factory set up but it doesn't work 

any idea please?

I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the wireless network.

 

Use the WPS method, refer to Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Restart the router, the printer, and the PC.
  • This printer only supports 2.4GHz network.
  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

 

Alternatively, you may connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable, and then convert it to wireless.

I have alredy tried the solution you propose w/o success 😞

in particular using usb cable i receive as error Wrong password (and I'm really sure that is correct)

what I can do now?

Hi, I aked befor open a new request to the assistance to a local tecnhinican.

He sugget to install the latest firmware - I checke on the site, but seem no firmware for hp 3050 j 610 availble.
