Product: HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer

Had longstanding problems with printer not connecting to wifi, after new router have tried re installing but after pressing the "i" on printer the page doesn't print the wifi direct password but says - this printer is not connected to  a network.  However wifi is turned on.   any ideas how to get the code so i can re connect?

if you change router you must do these steps to connect to the new router,

 

HP ENVY 6000e All-in-One series_ENWW

● Press and hold ireless button on the back of the printer for at least three seconds. Then the
printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP
Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching.
