If your HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer is offline after switching to T-Mobile 5G, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

 

  • Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Go to the printer's control panel or settings menu to verify the Wi-Fi connection. If it's not connected to the correct network, reconnect it.
  • Restart Router: Restart your Wi-Fi router or modem. This can help refresh the connection and resolve any network issues.
  • Move Printer Closer to Router: If possible, move your printer closer to your Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, distance can affect the quality of the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Check T-Mobile 5G Coverage: Ensure that T-Mobile 5G coverage is available in your area and that your device is receiving a strong signal.
