HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Envy Photo All-In-One 7855 printer is on and connected to wifi (so it says) but when I try to print from computer or phone, it won't communicate.  I've tried all the reboots, etc. but nothing has worked.  Please help me.  I run Windows 10.

After resetting the printer it will be in setup mode for 2 hours as I recall.
