Hi @Kate330

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw lost its network connection after the power outage and isn't detecting your Wi-Fi. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Restart Printer and Router

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and wait for it to fully boot up.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

2. Check Wireless Settings

  • On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  • Select Restore Network Defaults and try reconnecting.

3. Manually Enter Network Details

  • Go to Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password manually.
  • Ensure your router is using WPA2-PSK (AES) security settings.

4. Verify Router Settings

  • Some routers disable 2.4GHz band after a reset—your printer only connects to 2.4GHz.
  • Log into your router settings and ensure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is enabled.

If the printer still doesn’t recognize the network, let me know, and we can try more advanced troubleshooting!
