Hi @Brisket21,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for letting us know. If the Wi-Fi light is flashing, the printer is not currently connected to the wireless network, which is why it is showing as offline and not printing.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Restart the printer and router.
    • Turn the printer off.
    • Unplug the router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the Wi-Fi connection is fully restored.
    • Turn the printer back on.
  2. Check the Wi-Fi connection.
Since the wireless light is flashing, the printer needs to be reconnected to your Wi-Fi network.
  3. On your computer, open the HP App and select Add Printer or Set up a new printer, then follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi.
  4. Make sure your computer and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you recently changed your router, Wi-Fi name, or password, the printer will need to be connected to the new network.
  5. If the printer still shows offline, use HP's official troubleshooting guide for additional steps: HP printer is offline or unavailable | HP® Support

If the issue continues, please provide the exact HP printer model and let us know whether you recently changed your Wi-Fi/router or password. We can then guide you through the correct Wi-Fi reset and setup steps for your specific printer.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
