Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer been working great, had no issues ran out of paper, re-loaded and now will not re-set and wi-fi blue light keeps blinking, what do i need to do, tried virtual chat and callc entre with HP no response

@ghgygy, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to blinking lights.

 

To resolve this issue, kindly refer to the steps mentioned in this document - Blinking lights and error codes

 

If the blue wireless light is blinking, it means the printer is not connected to the wireless network.

To know how to connect the printer, refer to page 17 of the user guide.
