hp x476dw. Printer was originally able to access wireless network and then I accidently turned off all the network cababilities. Printer says "network capabilites have been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer". Not able to re-connect the network capabilites through Network set up it fails to connect to the network due to network capabilities being disabled.

Hi @dmwinsurance,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you've accidentally disabled the network capabilities on your HP x476dw printer and are unable to reconnect it through the normal network setup menu, you may need to perform a factory reset to restore the printer's network settings to their default state. Here's how you can do it.
- Power off the printer: Make sure the printer is turned off.
- Press and hold the lower right corner of the touchscreen: While the printer is off, press and hold the lower right corner of the touchscreen.
- Power on the printer: While still holding the touchscreen, turn on the printer. Continue to hold the touchscreen until the HP logo appears.
- Release the touchscreen: Once the HP logo appears, release the touchscreen.
- Wait for the printer to reset: The printer will now reset to its factory settings, including network settings.
- Reconfigure the network settings: After the reset is complete, you'll need to set up the network settings again. Go through the network setup process as you did when you first installed the printer.
This should reset your printer's network settings and allow you to reconnect it to your wireless network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
