Hello! I am trying for some time now to connect my printer to the internet without success. The wireless is ok, the signal is strong, and all my network devices see my printer, but I cannot use the web services. My router can also see my printer. When I first got my printer everything was ok and working smoothly. At some point, I lost the connection, but I don't know exactly when. I have tried most of the suggestions, but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone who can help with this?

Hi @Kalynhe,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that you're experiencing issues with your HP254dw printer not connecting to Wi-Fi, despite the wireless signal being strong. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.
Restart Your Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. This simple step can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Check Wireless Settings:
- On your printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings.
- Ensure that the wireless connection is enabled.
- Verify that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
- On the printer, go to the wireless settings and choose the option to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password if prompted.
Update Firmware:
- Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website.
- Download and install any available updates to ensure your printer has the latest software.
Check Network Configuration:
- Ensure that your router is not blocking the printer's connection.
- Check if your printer has a static IP address and ensure it is correctly configured within the range of your router.
Router Settings:
- Log in to your router's settings (usually accessed through a web browser) and check if there are any restrictions or security settings affecting the printer's connection.
Forget and Reconnect:
- On your computer or device, forget the printer's Wi-Fi network.
- Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network and re-add the printer.
Printer Software Reinstallation:
- Uninstall the printer software from your computer.
- Download and install the latest drivers and software from the HP website for your specific printer model.
Check for Interference:
- Ensure that there are no devices causing interference with your Wi-Fi signal, such as other electronic devices or appliances.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
