The wireless light on my HP 9010 printer is not lit. I can’t add it to the app because it’s not recognized. I’ve had the sprinter for a while and it recently turned off without any action on our part. How can I get it reconnected to our wireless network? I’ve already tried some of the troubleshooting help and have reset network settings, turned it off. I’ve also reset our router and nothing has worked.

Hi @Smb2618
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your HP 9010 printer's Wi-Fi radio might be turned off, which is why the wireless light isn't lit.
Here are some steps to help you reconnect it to your network:
Check Wi-Fi Radio Status:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to Network Settings.
- Look for an option to enable the Wi-Fi radio. If it's off, turn it on.
Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
- After resetting, try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network using the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Manually Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
- Use the printer's control panel to access the Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP Support website to check for firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can resolve connectivity issues.
Assign a Static IP Address:
- Log in to your router's settings and assign a static IP address to your printer.
- Update the printer's network settings to use this static IP.
