If your HP DeskJet 2634 All-in-One Printer isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, follow this simple step-by-step guide to get it connected again:

1. Reset Wi-Fi Settings on Printer

This will put your printer into Wi-Fi setup mode:

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel (X) button at the same time for 5 seconds.
  3. Release both buttons.
  4. The Wireless light will start blinking, meaning it's ready to connect.


2. Install HP Smart App (if not already)

Use the HP Smart app to easily set up Wi-Fi:


3. Connect Printer Using HP Smart

  1. Open the HP Smart app.
  2. Click “Add Printer” or “Set up a new printer”.
  3. Select your HP DeskJet 2634 from the list (should appear if it's in Wi-Fi setup mode).
  4. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
  5. Follow the prompts to finish the setup.


4. Restart Devices

After setup:

  • Restart your printer
  • Restart your router and computer
