@smb6, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that the printer's wireless feature is not working. Do you get any errors?

Print a Wireless test page:

  1. From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Wireless icon  or Ethernet icon  to display the network status screen.

  2. Touch Print Details to print the network configuration page.

  3. Alternatively, from the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Reports.

  5. Touch Network Configuration Page.

A Network Configuration Page prints up to two pages of information.

  6. Check if the Wireless radio is ON/pass/connected.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

I have also sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
